Drawing on over 20 years of experience in corporate Canada, Manie brings a depth of knowledge to her work in human resources management. She is an expert in developing attraction and retention strategies and, for the past several years, has specialized in projects involving recruitment, training, performance management, motivation and compensation.

A focused and highly organized professional, Manie has a track record of success. Working in a variety of business sectors, including financial services, technology, consumer goods, franchise industry and not-for-profit, she has implemented solutions that have delivered measurable improvement in both employee and customer commitment.

Recognizing that employee satisfaction is a crucial driver of productivity, profitability and customer value, Manie works closely with her clients to help them build the human resources infrastructure they need to achieve their business objectives. Manie has a BA in Sociology from McMaster University and a CHRP designation from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. She is a member of the Canadian Human Resources Planners Association (CHRP), the Customer Satisfaction Consultants Network (CSCN), as well as the Halton Peel Communications Association (HPCA). She has served as a Board member of numerous not-for-profit organizations.

Manie is an experienced communicator and has been a popular guest speaker at a variety of conferences, continuing education programs and client-based venues. She has also designed and delivered workshops and training programs on topics ranging from diversity, employee orientation and recruitment to proposal development, performance measurement and customer service.

Manie plays an active role in her community. In addition to her volunteer work with local and charitable organizations, she is a founding member of an innovative school for children with special needs. An avid skier, golfer and tennis player, Manie also enjoys fine wines and delights friends with her gourmet cooking.
