Brenda Hough Brendon

Brenda Hough BrendonSince the late eighties Brenda Hough Brendon has focused her career in the human resources field. Brenda has been exposed to the many different areas of the profession with an emphasis in organizational development and design and total compensation including salary administration, pay equity, benefits. She has worked with the public, high tech, non-profit and manufacturing sectors. Her analytical manner coupled with an approachable character allows her to adapt to varying issues and situations thereby providing worth to the client on whatever project she tackles.

Brenda received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University. She has her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designations.

She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO) as Past President and is an instructor for McMaster University.

Joan Donogh

Joan DonoghJoan Donogh, owner of In Formation Design, provides desktop publishing services for targetHR.

Joan is a creative and innovative marketing professional, with exceptional skills in strategic and creative thinking, analysis, problem solving and project management. She has extensive experience in leading and implementing new creative business initiatives including customer loyalty programs, website development, creative and media planning, and coordination of advertising agencies and marketing campaigns.

Joan has a broad business background in retail marketing and merchandising, including buying, systems development, visual presentation, POP graphics, store planning, distribution and budget management.

In 2001, Joan started her own company, specializing in website design and desktop publishing. She draws on her corporate background and design skills to ensure that clients' marketing and corporate communications are clear, attractive and easy to understand, in order that the intended message is received by the target audience.

Ron E. Moumblow

Ron MoumblowRon Moumblow has for more than 25 years provided Human Resources solutions to organizations. Ron's expertise includes the retail, food/hospitality, manufacturing, service, and not-for-profit business environments. His extensive experience in both the private and public sector has resulted in a very pragmatic approach. He uses his negotiating and communication skills to help his clients maximize productivity improvements, cost reduction initiatives and efficient Human Resources management.

Ron specializes in Employee/Labour Relations and Management Training. Ron has negotiated more than 200 Collective Agreements with more than 20 different unions. He has provided clients with effective Management Training and Development programs. Ron is particularly adept at mentoring all levels of management in Employee Relations matters.

Ron is a part-time instructor in continuing education at Mohawk College and McMaster University. He has taught courses in Employment Law, Collective Bargaining, Industrial Relations and Grievance Arbitration.

Ron has a degree in Psychology ('67) and carries the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation.
