The goal is to uncover "needs" that can be turned into action plans that directly affect the bottom line in a positive manner.

  3. Employee Attitude and Climate Surveys

A carefully designed employee attitude survey (climate survey) can give you the invaluable information you need to take your business to the next level. Typical surveys contain both objective and subjective questions designed to bring out the employee's true feeling concerning a particular issue.   4. Communication "Transmission" Checks
    Internal communications are a critical component that ensures your employees know the parameters.
